(Hanky Book) THE GINGERBREAD BOY HANKIES. First edition. 7-15/16" x 10". This book was
formed by folding a large sheet of card stock into fourths, resulting in a four
page book that is printed on one side only. The first page or front cover has a
full color illustration of the Gingerbread Boy in the process of being created
by the old lady. The second page has a full color illustration of the
Gingerbread Boy emerging from the oven to the surprise of the old lady. This
page is made special by three color illustrated handkerchiefs that are tucked
into slots on this page and which further illustrate the story. The third page
has a full color tab activated moveable by Julian Wehr of the Gingerbread Boy
and the big fat pig. The final page or rear panel has the text of the story
printed on it. This is a very special book in wonderful,
